Open Question: How do I get rid of the "zoom" startup sound on an Acer Ferrari notebook computer?

I've check the Windows sound settings and the loaded sound scheme is "Windows Default," and all other elements of the theme have been changed (desktop, windows, etc.) Where is the setting for that obnoxious zooming noise and how can I get rid of it?
