Resolved Question: Help finding 80s comedy/fantasy type movie...?

all I can remember is that the main character wants a sports car so bad, I am thinking the model was a Ferrari Testarossa to be specific...don't remember all the storyline but he was obsessed with getting this car and at one point he was in a dealership surrounded by them. There are lots of 80s dream sequences with the cars and girls.
